Understanding what you need and what you want, and how best to provide that to you is my job. Buying or selling a house is much more than a financial transaction involving bricks and mortar, mortgages and banks. It’s an emotional journey we undertake together – the turning of dreams into reality. I take this responsibility very seriously and to heart. Endeavoring to find the house that will be your home, offering you the best quality of life possible, or maximizing your ability to market and sell your real estate assets, is the focus of my work. It’s why I love what I do.
I was born and reared outside of Philadelphia, and journeyed westward to attend the University of Washington, graduating with a BA in Psychology. With school behind me, I lived it up in San Francisco for five years, finally settling down in Seattle’s south end a decade ago. For many years, I owned and operated a residential garden design and installation business – Froghouse Gardens – which is still in healthful existence. I’ve also designed and remodeled a few houses, managed businesses in the restaurant industry and worked in the mental health field. A career in real estate was something I had thought about for years, having been so close to it in my previous work. Once I became an agent, I quickly realized that it was the profession that best fit my skills.
This is a dynamic office with a casual and relaxed atmosphere, comprised of an eclectic group of agents and a sophisticated management team that have worked together closely for the past 16 years. I can promise that we will coordinate our efforts to expertly assist your real estate needs. Whether you’re buying or selling your home, with the broad range of Windermere services behind us, we have all the resources, tools and support needed to get the job done and provide you with a superior experience. Trust in me to shepherd your dreams to fruition. I won’t let you down.
